Jewelry is water resistant NOT waterproof! Please DO NOT wear in the shower or during swimming! Orders are custom made at the time of purchase...there will be NO REFUNDS for non defective items after purchase.
Shipping - all items are shipped Priority Mail ($5.95 per order and takes 2-3 days) Jewelry will be shipped AFTER APPROVAL. Once you approve your items it will ship out within 5 days.
Privacy - We care about your Privacy. All personal information you share on this site is used solely by indigoskyy. You will not receive emails from us - other than your receipt and notice of shipping - unless you opt in to our mailing list. We do not sell lists of our customers.
Security - All credit card information is processed using PayPal Processing, our secure payment gateway. By using PayPal, an industry leader in secure payment processing, we do not need to have your credit card information on our servers or computers. You can therefore rest assured that your sensitive information is processed safely and securely.
Ordering - We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and Pay Pal through our secure server. You may place your order anytime through our internet site. Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order and you will receive an email notifying you of shipment when your jewelry is complete.

Returns - Due to the custom made nature of each piece, returns of jewelry are not accepted. If there is a defect in your item we will work with you to correct the problem using the same photo you initially submitted.
